Can anyone really compare to the Argentinian hooligans? They're firms are like little mafias.

I gotta say that Argentinian hooligans are some of the most ruthless, baddest men out there. I wonder how it is there right now though? I know back in the day they were much hardcore, but what about now mates? Anyone know? You get nice street closes and all or whatver thanks to hooligans?
